Terms of Service — On Point Global LLC

Welcome to On Point Global LLC. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, signing an agreement, or using our website, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not submit a booking or move forward with services.
1. Services Provided
On Point Global LLC offers residential contracting services including but not limited to:
Renovations & Remodeling
Repairs & Home Upgrades
Painting & Drywall
Flooring & Installations
Home Maintenance Services
Additional labor or project work discussed at time of estimate
Scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before any project begins. Any work requested outside the original scope will require a change order and may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Quotes and estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are based on labor, material cost, and scope at time of quote.
Prices may change if material costs increase, project scope expands, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Unexpected issues (plumbing, rot, structural concerns, etc.) are billed separately with approval.
No work begins until acceptance is confirmed via written approval, deposit, or signed contract.
3. Deposits & Payments
Payment structure may vary depending on project size and duration.
Standard policy:
A deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials.
Remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to milestone schedule if multi-phase.
Late or missed payments may pause work until balance is resolved.
We reserve the right to charge late fees or reschedule work if payment terms are not met.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule only with advance notice.
Projects under $1,000 require 48-hour notice to cancel.
Projects over $1,000 require 5+ business days notice.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on material orders, custom purchases, or time already invested.
If work has begun, cancellation costs will reflect labor + materials used to date.
5. Materials & Warranty
All materials are sourced based on availability unless client requests a specific brand or product.
Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
On Point Global LLC provides a workmanship warranty of 30–90 days on install-based work unless otherwise stated.
Warranty does not cover:
Misuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance
Damage caused by external factors (weather, pests, flooding, etc.)
Modifications performed by another contractor after service
6. Client Responsibilities
For smooth work and safety, the client agrees to:
Provide access to the property at scheduled times
Remove furniture/obstacles where necessary
Ensure utilities (electric/water) are available to complete work
Notify us of pets, hazards, or structural concerns
If the workplace is unsafe or inaccessible, we may reschedule or pause work until resolved.
7. Liability
On Point Global LLC is insured and operates responsibly, however we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or hidden defects discovered during renovations
Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or access limitations
Client-provided materials that fail, malfunction, or do not meet code
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
8. Project Changes
Any additional requests must be documented in writing. Examples include:
Extra rooms added to scope
Upgraded materials
Design changes after work begins
Change orders require approval and must be paid in full upfront.
9. Photography & Marketing Use
Before/after project images may be used for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before work begins.
No address or personal identifiers will be shared publicly.
10. Communication Consent
By submitting a form or booking service, you agree to receive:
Service reminders
Project updates
Work scheduling notifications
With optional consent, you may also receive promotional messages. You may opt-out anytime by replying STOP or emailing us directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration or small claims depending on the situation unless otherwise required by law.
